Before we begin our search we will provide a confidential ‘in depth’ questionnaire and arrange to spend some quality time in conversation together to discuss exactly what you are looking for. Wherever possible we prefer our appointment and first discussions to be face to face and develop this into a detailed ‘briefing meeting’ so we can be sure to cover all aspects and find out your requirements for the property you wish to purchase in Portugal.

It is vital, at this point, to be in a position to buy. Even at this early stage you will need to have your funding in place and have a Portuguese lawyer appointed. If you are obtaining funding with a mortgage or by re-mortgaging a UK property we can offer specific suggestions and help to arrange a finance quotation.
