When the decision is made to purchase we are in a position to help you to negotiate on the property if required to do so.

Some of our clients prefer to conduct the negotiation, others appreciate our assistance. Client requirements differ – we are happy to enter into negotiation with the vendor or leave this aspect to you. We are working 100% for you and it is our objective to do all we can to help you get the very best deal.

Once the deal is agreed and confirmed we can continue to oversee the entire process. Solicitors and surveyors will need to get involved - we have contacts with local professionals that we are happy to recommend, alternatively you are free to choose you own.

We proactively monitor and update you on the progress - or obstacles to it, maintaining contact with the vendor, solicitor, surveyor and finance provider to ensure a trouble free transaction and efficient transfer of ownership.
